HOW TO HAVE POWER & INFLUENCE WORKSHOP

How To Have Power & Influence Workshop is intended to equip and empower Leaders (Managers and Owners of non-profit organizations and for-profit enterprises ) in knowing their purpose as a leader; why the position of leadership was given unto them; and how the power that comes with a leadership position works. 

Any leader endowed 

 have a passion to make a difference where ever they feel led.

In this workshop, attendees will learn:

• What true power is and the harmless benefits it provide for self and others;
• Understanding the power of words and how the sequence they are used, influence others to act;
• Understanding how strong belief is formed and how words impact belief;
•  How harmless power and influence get you invited to the tables where decisions are made.

As participant, you will leave feeling confident in meeting your goals with an empowered team supporting you and your mission. There are lively discussions and a case study at each session.

This program starts January 3rd and meet each week at 7:00pm to 8:00pm concluding on February 21st.2023.

Workbook and private support group to work on assignment are included.
